Listening to Rowan Adkinson speaking in his normal voice broke my brain the first time. Like, I knew Mr Bean was a character, but my brain had a melt down when I heard him actually being normal.😅

You should also check out Rowan Atkinson in Blackadder (maybe not season 1)for more great comedy and also Rowan was particularly proud of how he looked in those, it’s night and day from Mr Bean. You guys have a very kind view of Mr Bean’s behaviour 😂😂 I think I’ve seen interviews of Rowan saying Mr Bean is a pretty terrible person haha

Came here to say that. Rowan was imo waaaay hotter in Black Adder (season 2 and beyond) and beyond funny + clever. Season 1 is a no go, it took a long time before go back and watch the first season because it seemed like a different show 😂

Sandra Oh in this movie with her outfits and hair was so iconic and idk why it’s not regarded as some of her greatest work. Also, the concept of influencer marketing in this movie was an interesting commentary. Jon Bon Jovi should be invited to more exhibitions though.

You guys, I am 22 and i GREW UPPPP with mr Bean!! I’m danish - maybe our tv just had a preference for showing older stuff?😂😂 I used to see the so much from the franchise, either on kid channels or just on tv friday night with my parents - up until I pretty much was a teen lol

Rowan did a bean movie fairly recently Man V Bee. Technically it is a series on Netflix, but at heart it is a movie. Super funny and has a decent cohesive story while giving you all the hijinks you expect from a Bean flick. In the beginning of the movie, there is a scene that sets you up for the series of shenanigans that you know will occur and you just have to buckle up and get ready for the ride.

Idk about this but as a kid I grew up watching Mr. Bean every Wed and Fri with my family and because of the intro and choir music I understood his character as being a dead person and was in heaven but was so frustrating that god sent him back to earth. And I'd just like to know who else thought this? And is Mr. Been in the title intentional? 😅

i read something once ab jim carrey & the makeup for the grinch that was concerning! he described feeling so drained by the prosthetic process & being in the chair + makeup so long that he had to have a therapist on set. from what i remember, he says it was like being buried alive.

I remember one of my older brothers loving this movie & back when he was around prob around 10 & found it hilarious. I was 6-7 & hated it lol i just wanted to stop Bean from everything he was doing. Everything he did made me anxious haha

I hope someday Americans learn more about the genius of James Acaster and how his ex girlfriend broke up with him for Mr Bean! Yeah Rowan Atkinson stole James Acasters girlfriend and James talks about it in his latest special to release and I imagine his popularity in America will explode with the new ghostbusters movie (assuming he isn’t just a small character appearance).

Ya'll we need to have some shoujo anime recommendations for Kelsey. She's gonna FREAK if she watches Ai Yazawa's work ie Nana and Paradise Kiss. It would be great for Garrick and Zach too since they're also unfamiliar with manga/anime for a female demographic. Drop them recs guys! Anime is sooo much more than shonen and Ghibli(I love Ghibli btw, Kiki's is one of my heart anime).

Millenials tend to forget some gen z kids were born in the late 90s. Like we also grew up in a somewhat pre-internet world with flip phones and dial up internet etc
