200g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
30g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
30g Sweet Potato Starch 番薯粉
¼ tsp Salt 盐
50g Pandan Extract 班兰精华
200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
130ml Water 清水
120g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
*100g Shredded Coconut 白椰丝
*¼ tsp Salt 盐

班兰椰香糕 | 不加蛋、不打发、不用烤箱,拌一拌就能蒸熟 | Steamed Pandan Cake
■ Basic Ingredient 基本食材■
250g Plain Flour 中筋面粉
200g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
4g Instant Yeast 即溶酵母
100g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
200g Pandan Juice 班兰汁
200g Coconut Milk 椰奶
3g Baking Powder 泡打粉
2 tsp Oil 食用油
