Facts. I also dropped a few lbs by cutting out sweet drinks. I still have my Starbucks in the morning everbody though it's a Chai latte with oatmilk but best believe I'm drinking water the rest of the day. And I feel better too.

There's no way y'all is not a diabetic my bother passed away on 2 12 24 he just drop dead we had an autopsy done and we found he was a diabetic his sugar was over a 1,000 the doctor's tried there best to save him but they couldn't his sugar was just to high his liver and kidneys was shutting down day by day - I Miss Him So Much 😢 R.I.P Bro❤❤
