does the bmr equation still work if you have high bfp (30%+)?

Yeah for “theoretical” maintenance…if you want the most accurate way to figure your true maintenance…itll take some work…you gotta track your weight and calories daily for 2 weeks and based on the weekly changes adjust your calories till your weight stabilizes(keep in mind it takes 3500kcal to lose or gain 1lbs)

People also tend to overestimate the activity multiplier…if you have a desk job and don’t do much activity outside the gym you should use somewhere between 1.2-1.4
