Did your card come with some type of stand? I thought It came with an odd looking stand to support sag. Otherwise, this card looks sexy and 24GB on that card sounds like music to my ears. I'm currently rocking the MSI 3070 TRIO card and play in 1080p. I've been in the mood of building a "super" computer inside the NZXT H9 Flow case, I'm thinking about vertically mounting this card in it.

There is a support bracket if you can call it that. But it’s big, ugly and impractical.

Got mine in August of this year and although I absolutely love it, it does come with a bundle of unwanted noises. Fan 1 tends to whistle while fans 2 & 3 tend to make a pretty annoying humming sound at 30%-35% speed and they're audible when they ramp up. Keep in mind that every card will be different so I might've been unlucky but not enough to send it back, in the grand scheme of things it's not that bad, just small annoyances that I wished weren't there for a card that expensive. Overall I would definitely recommend if you have the money and your system is starting to show its age (I was previously on a laptop with a 9900K desktop CPU and a 2080 which performs like a 2070, not my best purchase).

@@leizerg Wow seems like I got really lucky with my MSI RTX 4090 Suprim X. I got zero coil whine, no matter what I do, even with benchmarks where the fps goes over 1000, I don't hear a thing even with my ear next to the GPU!

How are the fan speeds and curves? I saw some reviews stating it mostly stays at 30% until the GPU really heats up. Can this be adjusted with Afterburner so it scales properly? At what speed do the fans start as well? 30% is the minimum?

Hi! You can fully adjust the fan curves, no problem. Mine doesn’t usually go above 50-60% under load. When below like 40 degrees it turns the fans off by default. This can also be changed. Overall I’d say it’s a pretty quiet card.

@@leizerg thanks man, planning to pick up one. Just saw another video where he mentioned fans get stuck at 30% despite the temp. But if you say it scales properly, maybe they fixed it. Thanks

@@Allennn-yb5cp double checked - after reaching >50 deg celsius the fans start to ramp up. but as I said you can manually adjust the curve to be more aggressive

I really love my 4090 suprime. I'll have it until the fans die or it becomes obsolete. So no gpu upgrade for the next 5 or 8 years for me

@@GeneralHugo1 For me, yes it matters, my computer is in the bedroom and my wife always complains about the noise as I usually play until 2am. so I build a new PC with water custom loop to reduce the noise but I never expected the 4090 GPUs would make this noise. However, I returned the MSI GPU and got Gigabyte 4090 aorus master which has zero coil nois.

Im happy with mine. Bought 3 months ago after my strix 4090 connector burned up after a few months of use. Got a full refund and bought suprim instead.

Sad to hear about Strix incident. Hope the Suprim won’t fail you :)

@@leizerg it have not as of yet, and I too have been connecting and disconnecting a few times now. Strix is made sure it if snugged and it was never disconnected as yet it burned up. Do you think it might have something to do with power draw? Suprim x is capped at 450 watt while strix draw at maximum 600 watt.

@@obliviondust2719 I don’t think this should be an issue. Maybe ASUS cheaped out on the connector? Was it the 3way splitter or power supply cable?

No I do think it’s the power draw because I hav gaming trio 4090 and I be disconnecting the connector to check for burn marks but so far 1 year and it fine
