You have the whole month of April to complete this challenge. This challenge is done with 40lb dumbbells for men, and 25lb dumbbells for women. The workout is as follows.
Firefight
5 Rounds
-90 sec Work
- Assault Bike Cals - 20 for men / 15 for women (If you don't have an assault bike, complete the same amount of Cals on any cardio machine.)
- Max DB Squat Thrusters in the remainder of the time
-90 sec Rest
Your score is the total amount of Squat Thrusters you get in the 5 Rounds.
We have not seen someone get over 60 yet.
