You have the whole month of April to complete this challenge. This challenge is done with 40lb dumbbells for men, and 25lb dumbbells for women. The workout is as follows.
Firefight
5 Rounds
-90 sec Work
- Assault Bike Cals - 20 for men / 15 for women (If you don't have an assault bike, complete the same amount of Cals on any cardio machine.)
- Max DB Squat Thrusters in the remainder of the time
-90 sec Rest
Your score is the total amount of Squat Thrusters you get in the 5 Rounds.
We have not seen someone get over 60 yet.

Sick workout, if possible could you provide an option to the Assault Bike? I fully know the pain of burning cals on the Assault Bike, but not everyone has access to one and I know many want to knock this challenge out. Seems like a trending question and request.

Is the conversion to an echo bike 80%? That’s what I’ve read in different articles/forums. With reading that I modified to 17 cals (added an extra just to be sure) and 35lb dumbbells is the highest I have currently and completed 50 thrusters. Planning to try again towards the end of the month. Please let me know if the Echo bike conversion is accurate! Thanks for the workout

Start taking pages out of Rogue’s Challenge playbook- camera set up, weighing weights on camera, etc. Winner gets a month free sub or a hat kinda thing.

We actually did this in February! Winner got an MKC Knife. We just started posting these on KZfaq with this challenge. Feb's challenge we posted on Instagram and our App. We will likely do more challenges with a competition angle in the near future!
