I’m 74 and find these exercises fine I’ve had back and hip surgery. Mobility not good but do feel this loosens me up👏👏

love all these exercises on the January and February calendars! Thank you so much. I was diagnosed with Diabetes 1 1/2 years ago, and these exercises that you do are wonderful, as I can do them early in the morning, that is so encouraging to me to keep up the weight loss and balance of my diabetes that I want to maintain. 11 lbs. down and 20 more to go! Thanks so much!

Grateful for your videos for helping me maintain muscle strength and balance! I'm 79 years old and play pickleball for an hour or more 5 or 6 times weekly! I'm also diabetic so count on you to help me maintain my levels!

Thank you! Love your workouts--so sensible and do-able!! One question: What size weights do you recommend? I've been working out with weights since April--started with 3-5 lbs, then recently went up to 8lbs. I know I should be challenging myself as time goes on but don't want to overdo. Thanks for any advice you can give.

Thanks Cindy. Wonderful ab workout. Adding this after your 15 minute muscle workout 🏋️. Doing workouts, watching food choices as you say, I have lost 4 lbs in the last month. Yesterday I wore a summer dress . It went smoothly over my hips and abs! Life is still great 😊

Thank you so much .just found your website … I was able to modify your video so I can do all of it in a chair, I have a walking boot on my left foot and feel very limited . I need to remain strong Looking for more of your great videos
