▸▸ Watch these 25 minutes if you want to scale a business you don’t grow to hate: • Watch these 25 minutes...
▸▸ Get My New Book (Buy Back Your Time): bit.ly/3pCTG78
When I was in my mid-20s, I would stay up till two or three in the morning writing code and then sleep until my first meeting.
My whole day would just get ahead of me and I could never get caught up.
I always felt behind on everything I did.
Then I picked up some new habits and I realised as I read more books…
Every book talked about the power of the morning routine.
For the longest time, I wanted to ignore it because I was more of a night person.
I didn’t focus well in the morning and couldn’t concentrate.
But I knew if I wanted to make millions and build something meaningful...
I couldn’t start building at 10 am.
So I changed my habits.
And it changed my life.
It was hard in the beginning.
But now it feels second nature.
And that’s why in today’s episode, I want to pass these habits on to you and show you how that morning routine looks.
So you can implement them in your life to build momentum and crush your day.
This is my 8-step multimillion-dollar CEO morning routine

Over the years, it has evolved. I have come to the realization that you should do whatever you would do on the busiest, craziest day. For me, that's 15 minutes of meditation followed by 20 minutes of reading + 10 mins memory training. before I get to work!

Nice video, I liked the notes you use. I start my day at 8 AM, I exercise in the afternoon and it works for me. I think it all depends on each organism and also on the part of the world you live in, the natural sunlight you have, etc.

Really valuable content as always Dan. Thank you. Question. How do you suggest starting. Obviously not jumping to all 15 of the habits you shared here, at once? THANK YOU FOR SHARING. I am restarting my life at 61. I had to focus on parents' health then their passing in 2021. Still dealing with the estate. I had to let go of everything for 5 years. I did keep up with positive, success strategies from people like Tony Robbins and many more. I had to deal with fatigue and slow mind. I am building now. Having challenges to restart. I have many ideas for products/ services. Luckily, I have a creative inventive mind. I am creating my new life process. Your ideas plus many others will help. OH! DO YOU ADD A MEDITATION PROCESS LIKE JOE DISPENZA'S WORK OR OTHERS?

Great Video, thanks for your guidance. How long does this morning routine last? Is it 1 hour and you start your actually work at 5 am? You mentioned in another video of the scheduling for the day that you use the first 90 mins of the day for the most important thing you need to do. So, that is after your morning routine? Do you do this 7 days per week? Great habits, thanks again.

Did u know khabib nurmagomedov challenges to cold plunge for 20 minutes in a single session? I’ve tried it. I was euphoric for the rest of the forthcoming 5 days!
