मेरी माँ को लिवर केंसर हैं 10 महीनों तक कीमोथेरेपी ली इससे पैर और फेफड़ों में भी फेल गया। फिर ये बन्द करके 5 महीनों से यूनानी ले रहे है। 3 महीनों से छाती का दर्द बन्द हैं पीठ का भी कम हो गया लेकिन लेकिन पैर की गांठ बढ़ गई और फ्रेक्चर हो गया उसके बाद लिवर की भी बढ़ गई जिससे पीठदर्द बढ़ गया। अब भूख भी कम लगती हैं और दर्द भी बढ़ रहा है। क्या करें कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा है। मुझे खुद इंजेक्शन से पोलियो हुआ था मेरे साथ ही 2 और लोगों को उसी हॉस्पिटल में उसी समय हुआ था

It depends on the patient symptoms and the speed of increase of M-spike. If patient has no symptoms, blood tests normal and SPEP rising slowly then no need to change therapy.

Myeloma theek ho sakta hai. Agar spinal cord dab gayi hai toh urgent neurosurgeon se milo taaki cord se pressure hat sake. Fir myeloma ko control kar sakte hai baad mein
