In todays video we have ‪@MurdaRacing‬ stopping by from Texas! Jay works on his all new 2JZ engine build that is going to be capable of going 7 seconds in the 1/4 mile. I learned very Valuable lessons back in my days of college. When the Professor is taking and teaching you take notes and never talk unless spoken too. Does anyone actually check bearing clearances?, If the main caps are loose in the register it's normal a sign of determination. Another sign of a bad tune is lifting the Head.

My question is why did mazworx do the machine work if powerdynamix is a machine shop? @12:45 is where Jay says the specs...

probably a timing thing. mazworx is in FL, realstreet is also in FL. powerdynamix is in TX. they would have to send the black to TX, do the machine work, then back to FL for the episode, then send it back to TX when done with the episode.

It's new cast engine, not same asian or asia version... everything is big like V8 engine, compare to 6A and 6G engine they using same for global specs

I could be totally wrong here but I feel like either it's just how he looks cause Asians guys have a stoic look normally or homie was kinda felt slighted cause he had to take his customer to another shop to have that motor built. Either way ain't nothing wrong with having someone better do your work as long as u take some knowledge from it so u can then do it yourself

murda (guy in the middle) needed a new block with a fire ring setup and he saw that real st. had one so he reached out to them to see if he could buy it. real st said they will sell murda the block if jay can film a yt video of the assembly. plus murda is a really big fan of jay and real st so it all worked out for both of them. jeff (the asian guy) is the machine shop owner at PDX which has machined a head for geo of real st during one the the tx2k competitions because geo needed a replacement head in a rush so he could continue competing in his class. otherwise he would have to forfeit because he wasn't able to have the engine fixed in time.

look at the engine block. says 2JZ right on the side. would you also call a fox body mustang a chevy because 90% of the ones at dragstrip have LS motors in them?
