Funny how during all these interviews, he never once said "why are you still asking me questions and not looking for who killed my wife and son!!!!!" If my spouse and child had been killed and I was truly not guilty, after a short while, i'd start saying " look! Why are you still focusing on me and not doing more to find out who killed my family!!!!!???"

I think it's an absolute miracle of God; that the circumstances of Paul taking that video of Cash's tail at the time of his murder was taken. What timing!!!! It's a miracle Paul was and is forever able to testify against his own dad for the murders of him and Maggie. If this jury comes in with any other decision but guilty; there needs to be an investigation as to why and how because Alex is caught in this timeline and this timeline gives no room for error. He is guilty. He murdered his family and thinks nothing of it.
@buddamassa

Maybe an act of Karma I would say...remember Paul has one body possibly 2 bodies attached to him... I'm pretty sure God ain't cool with him like that. I think most people seem to focus on his murder..and not the fact he killed one person ( possibly an intentional murder ) and was implicated in another suspicious death involving that family. I see it as trash taking out the trash. The wife is really the only one who didn't "directly" have a body attached to her...but than again, there is the issue of the house keeper.

A BIG OVERLOOKED FACT: AM did not put Bubba in a cage after he took away the chicken, so if Maggie and Paul were murdered within minutes, Bubba should be free around the corpses when AM arrived on the scene. The alleged murderers would not bother to leash Bubba after a double murder.... and also, the dogs barked with an alarming, angry voice during the 911 call (recognizing AM not as their owner but as someone who hurt Maggie and Paul).
@AdgTee21
@AdgTee21 Жыл бұрын
Maggie had taken her two dogs out to run. Yes they were out when we hear Alex on the video. Paul and Maggie are killed soon after the chicken issue. So Alex must have put them in kennel before he left to run to his mom’s for alibi. Or else there would be dog prints in blood all around the victims. Do you remember someone said the two dogs were in the wrong cages? They were reversed. It was odd bc they said Maggie wouldn’t have made that mistake and she was specific about which dog went where.

I wish he was somehow sneaking his drugs during the trial and then when he hits prison, he has to detox alone with no way to stop the depression and anxiety and guilt from his drug abuse, as happens to opiate addicts. It’s the worst physical and mental pain, but to have this in your mind while becoming sober and clear…. Not meaning this in a smart-ass way, but they didn't deliberate for 3 hours. The youngest juror testified that they took a poll first thing and it was unanimous. I thought the pacing was excellent. Waters, in his verbal presentation, laid it out in outline; he'd list the "A, B, C..." (which were the claims). And then he'd say "which we will talk about in a moment," which were either the supporting bullet points or an explanation. That allowed the jurors to relax and listen to the claim and know exactly what was coming.

They would have gotten away with the beach girls death like they did countless other things thing about Jonathon(busters gay lover), they never even went and asked questions they did nothing for that child and still haven’t watch the HBO SPECIAL about that it digs deeper into that case. So yah he got what he deserved today bc it became National attention but think of all the coverings and lies that we’re going on before Alex got questioned for money laundering. He would have gotten away with all it had Alex not been stealing money. Karma that’s what happened that’s it, what’s done in the dark always finds it way to the light and his family has fell from grace and all their dirty deeds have been busted open like a festering boil. Nothing to do w NC judicial bc they been covering up this families shit for decades now.

Was one, he was in Jail talking to his son after being arrested about winning a bet 9 of 11 or something in jail and he was bragging about how many soups and slim Jim’s he won his son sounded like wtf are you talking about dad who cares your wife and child is dead and you are excited you won some beef stix in prison. The second was the 911 call, he wasn’t even breathing loud nothing not a whimper nothing TILL they answered. I had no idea till that day the record the second you press 911, and during those rings he wasn’t crying wasn’t moaning wasn’t even breathing hard nothing supposedly this was 20 SECONDS AFTER HE FOUND THEIR BODIES! These two things alone to me sealed the deal. He is guilty no doubt what do ever

I have refrained from commenting until the very end of this trial, and after listening to all the evidence, watching the videos, IMO he's GUILTY. SLED knew he was guilty too as he sat there smugly in their office pretending to assist them and he was suddenly asked "did you kill your wife"? "did you kill your son"?. His behavior on the 911 body cam is ODD asking "did you check them" (referring to Maggie and Paul's bodies) then asking "are they gone"? When he had ALREADY admitted touching them and even said he attempted to turn Paul's body over, then tells the officer how he had been to his mothers going into detail about her disease and his father, NOBODY would be doing that after witnessing what he just did if he was innocent! Then, sitting in the car being asked about where he was and last time he spoke to Maggie, he refers to a text and pretends to not recall a time and asks a person sitting in the backseat if they remember, that was his attempt to try and bring someone else in to help him with his alibi. Watch the videos, all of them, then compare with cellphone data and on star and you will find a man guilty of murder.

Yeah I thought it said in the trial that when he was shot in the shoulder he went to walk towards the door because it wasn’t a lethal shot at all, he was slumped and stepped towards the door two steps w his head down(think someone punched you in the shoulder and stomach you head goes down) and this is when dad shot again pointed at his head and this is why the back of his head was blown out and brain next to body, bc his face was pointed downward. And why there wasn’t too much damage to his face. I found his gruesome photo before being cleaned and it looks like his face was half there and the top portion and hair was gone. And when you see the one where they were cleaned it looks the same with out the blood of course from being cleaned. Horrific

I think Mr Waters would better state his case without belaboring his points over and over, he loses his effect. And the 283 steps Alec takes is suspect to me, that is approx 1/6 mile or more as he has a longer stride at 6’4”. He could have pre dug a hole to plant the gun and clothing and hadn’t ready to fill in and then cover atop to blend in or even retrieve at a later time and dispose. No sense re Maggie’s phone moving cause nothing gained. Also all this talk about always being with family is characteristic of addiction cause theyare used to his erratic behavior and he is comfortable.

No tracks or a car. No foot steps (could find a track out?) We know it was wet near by The whole time, AM napped, changed, showered, didn't hear no dogs bark or gun fire, goes to his mom's house at a time he doesn't usuall (without Maggie), had a weird convo asking for house keeper to lie about his time (for fun!) .....he with impeccable memory, can't remember what last conversation with and how long he was out, I mean he could have said as a lawyer run it against my calls! ......
