I LOVED watching this series. The MK5 and MK7 is the coolest versions of the GTI. I would recommend you to inspect the air and fuel system of the car, as you did not make the best 0-60 times in your other video. So carbon clean, injector clean and new fuel filter (very easy) should help. BTW did you paint the front bumper to mimic an R32? Looks nice!

Sorry to say it but the front grill looks pooh in silver

The silver grill is very Golf R32 esque...check that out in metallic silver!

I think you should do the front grill gloss white. Get a nice bit of contrast you want and a clean look. Bugger to keep clean but so it black 🤣

Honestly bro I think a matted silver grill looks good on these cars but the bottom half surrounding of the grill needs to be painted as well. It just looks halfway done that way. As far as the control arms I went with the aluminum Passat control arms with solid bushings but honestly can't tell much of a difference. The game-changer though was the Passat aluminum spindles they actually shorten your steering ratio just a bit! 👍 and while you're changing spindles you might as well put in new wheel bearings. The spindles make the bigger difference of the two as far as the feel of the car

Just done a wheel bearing on my 8p s3. spent 5 hours trying to remove the lower arm from ball joint.... smacked it with a hammer for ages then managed to use a crowbar. seeing yours come off this easy is a joke aha

Took my golf to ring ring last month and was so much fun. Silver grill looks good but it think the bottom middle part needs to be silver aswell.

Was that a new drive shaft bolt🤔 I thought they were single use stretch bolts
