Well you learn something every day 😉 I will now look at Roses as a food source Deb 🌹😋 My calendulas keep self seeding, I even have them in the lawn. Awesome my friend ☺️

Hello Rob! Yes! It’s a superfood! One cup of rose hip tea would probably fulfill your daily requirements for vitamin C. You can eat them raw but need to harvest them at the right time or they can be bitter or very seedy. I hope you are enjoying your calendulas, they appear to really love your climate! ☺️ Calendula petals make a wonderful tea too, or they can be sprinkled in salads for pretty colour. I’ve never heard of using it for ironing? Doesn’t it stain things? My rose water usually has a pink or red colour to it. I suppose white roses may not have as much or any colour when made into rose water? Thank you Annie! You’re such a wonderful friend here on the channel 💕 I appreciate learning from you 😊💐

Hi Debbie, long overdue reply but I had to tell you I get my rosewater from the chemist and mix with vodka and water. I only use for my linen and I use water soluble lavender oil as house spray, ironing spray and also use it at night on pillowcases to help sleep. It’s divine. I use water soluble teatree oil in little pump bottle on my hands etc whilst out shopping etc as it kills germs. I put that in washing machine too. It never stains as i only buy the water soluble one. I love fragrance in my home and these are the best! Take care and know you are appreciated 😀❤️🐨🇦🇺
