Mustafa Confronts Suleiman "HOW CAN YOU RISE AGAINST ME!"

Prince Mustafa is revolting!
Prince Mustafa walks towards the capital. Suleiman finds it out and orders Prince Mustafa will be stopped. Sparrowhawk learns that a trap has been set for Mustafa but it's laid an ambush for him. It's been driven a wedge between Hürrem and Bayezid. Selim meets a woman in Manisa. Mustafa comes in the palace as everyone waits nervously. Suleiman and Mustafa confront with each other. As Mustafa's offer shocks Suleiman, the pay off between father and son comes to an end surprisingly.
Suleiman reels back from learning that Mustafa is coming to the capital with his soldiers. This situation has only one explation. Revolt... Suleiman gives a sharp order to the head of the janissaries. Mustafa won't be able to enter the capital no matter what.
Sparrowhawk learns that a trap has been set for Mustafa and sets off to stop the prince. However, he gets ambushed by Rüstem. Meanwhile, Cihangir is sure that Rüstem has a finger in all these
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

An amazing scene, showing the true power of Mustafa. However, if this was realistic in any way, either Suleiman would've killed him in that room or Mustafa would not negotiate anything and take it with force

I think if Mustafa actually fought suleiman it would be a close battle. My reason is That suleiman is older and has more experience. But also Mustafa has youth so he could use that to his advantage which would give him the edge

And this is the time we all and Suleiman realised, Mustafa can get the throne in any time, any way he can. Getting the throne by rebellion is a piece of cake to him. And this is when Mustafa had showed him of how great of a threat he is to Suleiman. Agree or not, Mustafs was the sole reason of his downfall

@@KhedijaZegmiri This is normal. You don't showcase your power like that over a world Emperor. The emperor would normally feel threatened and think you are planning on dethroning and kill him and you have the absolute power to do so. Mustafa was literally giving him a threat indirectly with this act that I can dethrone you and kill you whenever I want. That's an indirect rebellion. Strange enough, he should've been beheaded right here but Suleiman always took decisions regarding Mustafa as a father and not answering Emperor untill Mustafa's death. If Suleiman were to take decisions regarding his mistakes over the years as the Emperor, he would've long been beheaded.

He wanted to show that even if he had countless chances and could take the throne whenever he wants but he would not do it . Not because he is afraid of suleiman, it's because he is loyal to his father, so suleiman should not try to kill him too.

Mustafa was basically Murat. Everyone excuses the anger, the "I'm always right" when it's Mustafa and he was just a prince defying the Sultan. When an actual Sultan does it people are like "Wow, he's mean."

Mahidevran never was a haseki ur right, but she was give praise irl, she is one of the most IF not the most beloved women of the ottoman empire. Despite being a Hatun she still managed to do alot of charity. Meanwhile Hurrem sultan sits comfortable in her chambers with a haseki title not giving an ounce of money to the poor! Hürrem was lot more powerful than it is shown as she was made The Empress of The Ottoman Empire and was equal to the Sultan in Status. She never bowed to anyone, not even Süleyman's sisters. They bowed to her. Süleyman broke every existing rule for Hürrem. And Hürrem was a woman of golden heart. She came from poverty, so she knew the problems of the poor. She did lots of charity. Historical proofs exist for all of these

@@aspiringcaptain of course because his mother was not turning sultan against him and secondly Mahidevran was useless and weak so he had to fight alone against hurrem schemes, No doubt Mehmat was also good and what happened to him was wrong but at least his path was not tough because his mother was a strong woman and she knew how to protect her children but it was Sultan who turned Mustafa rebel because before he used to admire his father a lot but his constant mistrust on him when he was not even wrong pushed him to his limits so definitely why should Mustafa always bow like a coward in front of his father when Suleiman who knew him best since his childhood never once asked Mustafa or tried to have a father son talk with him
