Beautiful car, absolutely stunning filming too

Hello Arni my friend, Thanks for posting this video, it hits my own old memories of similar 69 Mach 1 all but mine was a 351 auto in "candy apple red" original. Got it in Wyoming in 1973. Had a blown up front left tire at 102 MPH or 164 KMPH of your town, going to Utah from Wyoming. Tires were old, and after bringing it to a stop safely had to open the heated jammed nuts with a big cross ranch borrowed from someone driving a pick up stopping to help. Finally, made a wrong decision to trade it in with another new car after that incident, regretting it the next day. I had paid 800 for it used to original owner, but today that 69 mustang type restored as you know goes for 65-85k. Had it for only a year, and I really miss it a lot. Your first choice the 65 mustang was also similar to my first mustang in pistachio color a year before buying the 69. I wished Ford could somehow manufacture the exact same 69 mustang bc it is a magical awesome feeling to drive that mussel car, one with a spirit of it own like no other mustang. Great to have seen your video, glad to see it still going strong, and hope I will travel to Oslo again, since my first visit in 1990, and meet you guys. 🙏😊

Hi Arnfinn, Great video! In 1972 I bought a 1969 428 CobraJet for a high school graduation present for myself. Your outstanding video brought back some great memories. Thank you! The only difference in the car was mine was the darker red and had the shaker hood. My how she ate everything on the road, except for my friends 440 Cuda 6-Pack.

Honestly not a big Ford guy but the 69 Fastbacks are some of the nastiest looking cars ever to come out of Detroit. A fighter jet on wheels. Such an intimidating and menacing looking car. Easily the best year for the Mustang. Only other Mustang that rivals it in presentation is a 67 Shelby GT500.

beautiful car and a very well done video, the only comment I have is that your spoiler is tilted the wrong way, many people who own 69's and 70's have it tilted the wrong way as well. That's creating lift, rather than downforce.
