This video details my one-year weight loss transformation before and after. I started my weight loss journey in July 2020, so it's been just over a year of maintaining consistent exercise and diet. I think the results I achieved are pretty good, so I want to share with you guys my motivation for losing weight, my diet, and the lessons I learned along the way.
My main diet technique was intermittent fasting with a 16/8 split. I did only cardio for the first 6 months which was a mistake and lost a ton of muscle. Then I bought weights at home and went to the gym every day while keeping protein intake high. With this strategy, I essentially converted fat to muscle.
Body Composition July 2020:
175 Pounds, 25% Body Fat

I’m about 2 months into intermittent fasting. I dropped 10 pounds quickly, plateaud after awhile. Stuck at 190. Now I’m working out and cutting out more of my food time. Ready to be skinny again.

I wish I had your body size, its really nice...even your before body. Im like 6ft1, was 320lbs now 285, very broad but I've always wanted to be a tiny dainty small guy. Sucks being big.
