There are so many different ways to use up your sourdough discard. In this video I share three of my favorite sourdough discard recipes. The first recipe is discard waffles which turn out super fluffy and are perfect for meal prepping. Next I share how I use my discard to make pizza dough that has a thin crispy outer crust but is super soft and fluffy in the inside. The final recipe, and the fastest recipe out of the three, are nice crispy seed crackers. The crackers are super customizable and you can add just about any seeds that you and your family like.
