I agree that doing otr expediting the longest and tallest van is best, although money can be made with a 120 x 54 x 48 cargo van.

It can but it's a lot harder and there's a lot of cancels due to incorrect dims. It sits around more than it moves. And it's more comfortable for the driver to live in for those weeks at a time that he's in the road.

Would it be worth it to put a protective film outside of your front windshield to prevent from cracks

Correct. We only work with extended high roof vans. Sprinter style only

When you're going into a new business I found it best to ask "who handles receiving"? or "who handles shipping"? Is Hot Shot regulated by anyone? Do you need a log book, medical card, or etc.?

Nope non regulated and nothing is needed. We're not dot regulated in any way.

I dont even know what that means. When I opened the business I wasn't asked for any codes. Transportation is the classification and that's all that was needed.
