Just make sure you’re not eating “junk” 😅 there’s healthy pizza and organic icecream it’s all about keeping your body clean while indulging balance doesn’t have to be eating toxins there’s always a better alternative that tastes amazing

I love this!!! I struggled with an eating disorder for 6 years and have recently just recovered and I find it so refreshing to find someone with a platform talking about balance and eating things in moderation because that’s way it should be and you should never deprive yourself of certain types of food

A year ago, I started on the calorie journey and the path was difficult, but thank God I adapted and learned this point that I can enjoy food and be healthy, but a few days ago my condition changed and I began to suffer from acid reflux and I cannot eat a lot of foods and I am very sad and shocked. I hope to recover. I am completely learning from this obstacle

Love this. One thing I do is generally eat icecream out at this amazing place near my home. My husband and I go and sit and chat while we eat icecream on waffle cones. I try not to buy and have boxes of icecream at home. It is my way to balance. Now I really look forward to the icecream experience guilt free.

Well, loving only healthy foods in an art in itself. This needs a change in mindset. I've stopped eating processed foods since a couple of years. I don't crave for that, too. Even if I take a bite I don't find it tasty anymore. Healthy diet should come naturally without efforts.This needs a change in mindset.

I wonder if I'm the only person struggling with getting to 80 and then having an issue with having those 20?😢 After taking mostly just healthy stuff for years the body barely needs anything "unhealthy" or "fun", it's all about the rainbow and it's hard to eat anything too processed, rice cakes are basically the only carb I can buy at the store.😂 Everything with sugar is toooo sweet, I can handle some oat biscuits with less sugar occassionally...:/ And that's kind of it, nothing too greasy or bready, too sweet or processed, everything feels too heavy and doesn't tastes that nice, my appetite is gone after 10 gr or something. It's kind of ok but a bit complicated, lots of fruits and veggies, a nightmare for travelling, you need lots of space.😅 So the process can be hard to reverse for some, now my diet looks almost like an eating disorder "clean eating", but I really do enjoy it, I just find it sad that there's so many foods I cannot eat, because they just aren't tasty anymore..😢 And ofc, this diet is a bit more expencive and complicated, but the weight and health aren't an issue so far, bmi is usually 16 quite easy.🤔

That works in your 20s. Enjoy it while it lasts! 40s and later metabolism slows down unless you ramp up the exercise and build up more muscle, all while being tired due to menopause.
