I’ve been in pain for 40 days. Didn’t went for work that long and never felt confidence, now I did this exercise and I felt wonderful. My back has a hope. Thank You for sharing.

Hi Madden, Thankyou for the wonderful video.i am having pain in my left hip.i am 35 yr male and play lawn tennis. Your exercises are helpful tried for couple of days but still have pain. When i lie down sideways and lift my leg up i feel a click. I will continue the exercises. Any other suggestion? Thanks

@@NF-bz8uk stop doing them for a while, I like the last one. I used to do it everyday. Helps reset the hips, check out fitness for back pain- that’s what I’m doing now

Sir, while sleeping, walking and jogging everything is ok. But when i sit, a mild lower back ache appears, which increases with prolong sitting. It's 5 yrs now i am having this cronic issue, pls suggest solution

Sorry to say that it's mostly stretch response that makes it feel better and does not work in the long run
