I’ve been in pain for 40 days. Didn’t went for work that long and never felt confidence, now I did this exercise and I felt wonderful. My back has a hope. Thank You for sharing.

Why is his voice in low volume mode i turned my phone up as loud as i could and still couldnt hear him he must used to be a librarian

Hi Madden, Thankyou for the wonderful video.i am having pain in my left hip.i am 35 yr male and play lawn tennis. Your exercises are helpful tried for couple of days but still have pain. When i lie down sideways and lift my leg up i feel a click. I will continue the exercises. Any other suggestion? Thanks

I’ve done some of these exercises in the past. Would you have any recommendations for anything else I should be doing for lower back pain from sitting? Going to do these everyday for the next week or so. Thank you!

@@NF-bz8uk stop doing them for a while, I like the last one. I used to do it everyday. Helps reset the hips, check out fitness for back pain- that’s what I’m doing now

So confusing . You keep lifting your head I’m not sure if that’s part of the stretch

Sir, while sleeping, walking and jogging everything is ok. But when i sit, a mild lower back ache appears, which increases with prolong sitting. It's 5 yrs now i am having this cronic issue, pls suggest solution

I agree. This is a great exercise. Gave me immediate pain relief - at least 50% relief. Thank you Madden!

My lower left back pain hurts when I bend over, sit down or when i pick something up from the ground. I am not sure why :( It hurts so bad like 9/10

Sir my back is paining While forward bending or extending and 1 cm shoulder is higher But walking and sitting no pain Plz sir make video🙏🙏

ARUN R Check your QL muscles. Maybe one is tigher than the other.

Anyone help you yet? I can, just let me know. I just watched this video an hour ago, did the exercise and have at least a 50% reduction in pain.
