I was born at St Osyth Stone across the creek from brightlingsea. My parents owned the Martello tower there.

Reminds me of the Will formally of the Everard line she was the last sailing Barge to still bring cargo into Kings Lynn and when I saw her Crimson sails from my bedroom window I would rush down to the river Great Ouse to see her dock , apparently she is also on the Thames nowadays and I hope to get there and see her soon, happy days 😀

She's huge with all te storage and rooms you could ever need, sturdy (can beach safely !), sails steady and fast enough, the rig is beautiful... Very nice !

Looks very distinct and would turn heads everywhere. Not sure I'd want a boat so enormous that it needs a crew to run it though.
