is it really that easy for Singaporean to buy property in Malaysia? meanwhile for some states in Malaysia, people originating from outside the state cannot buy property in that state *sigh*

Bro Bobby. I went to test drive Gr Yaris yesterday. My wife don’t like it but I love it. She said rather then buy that small n manual car better buy alpad with that price. for the comfort of our family she said. But I have Volvo xc40 for family car. Should I go for gr Yaris or alpad? Opinion please.

Hahahaha! I refuse to fall into the trap of buying an alphard or vellfire even though i know my kids will love it. No way. Because once you buy those cars, you are done for good, forever a breadvan driver as they will not want to go anywhere in anything else. Its great if you have a driver, but i dont like other people intruding my privacy. You quietly go buy and bring the car home and tell her its your dream and passion bla bla bla covid so many people die before they got to do what they love bla bla life is short bla bla evebtually she will be ok one la ... You also cari pasal bring wife go see the car. Should just buy and when she ask how much show her an ad of a white yaris rm75k settle lo

Bobby, in trying to make up my mind between 330i M Sport and C 300D. I like how BMW drives but the interiors are so cheap and plastics. Even the dashboard has no leather stitching. BMW are such cheap bastards. On the other hand C 300D has amazing interiors but is just like a boat to drive. How do I make a decision?

@@siddharthr1853 Come and live in M'sia then. You may bundle up a car(s) together with a house in a gated & guarded area with all the amenities including club membership thrown in. Didn't I tell you that you can still enjoy your banana leaf lunch at the club or in the city and S'pore is just a causeway away. Enjoy... Enjoy...
