A journey through my tidal waves of emotions and choices that finally led to me admitting to myself and the world that I am gay, and couldn’t be more proud to finally feel 100% myself.

Omg your eyes when you talked about her and how you two got together 💕🔗 My mom is evangelical and I still remember when one of my siblings came out of the closet... it’s been a long journey but now she’s at peace with it and their relationship is stronger than ever 🙏🏻 Thank you for sharing Morgan!!!

Thank you ❤️ for sharing all of that with us .. When I first saw on Instagram, when you shared a little bit of this story with us .. I was so happy for you.. !! I lived for years, almost 8 years, with a man and I always felt "alone" and "not really myself" .. And there was THIS girl..Anne-lyse... I have everything left for her, boyfriend, house, and it's the best decision I could have made. It was 3 years ago and next year we are getting married ❤️ I'm happy that people talk about their stories, their families, it has necessarily helped other people .. I'm sure of it .. And today I don't feel alone anymore 🥰 😘 From France 🙂

Absolutely such a similar story to mine ❤ when I moved away to NY for college my dad gave me 1 rule... He said "Lauren, just dont bring home a woman." I even tried to come out and was laughed off that it was a phase. Now I'm just out and proud and feel so free ❤

Absolutely loooove story time with/about Shawna. Social media is a weird thing...never meeting someone before but it's insane how much it feels like we may know them. Just watching your little squares over the years, it is beyond obvious how much happier you are now, how much more comfortable you are with yourself. I'm so happy for you that you have found your peace.

Thank you for being so raw and vulnerable. This was a beautiful thing to hear. I love how your friends gave you the space to figure things out and especially love the way Shawna respected where you were at in each stage of your journey and didn’t try to sway you even though she had feelings for you- just a beautiful demonstration of the respect and love she had for you. Thank you for being so raw and courageous in not only your own journey but also in sharing with all of us. Cheers 🥂 to a happy life for the both of you- whatever you decide that may look like 💖

Fortunately, I have the most supportive girlfriend, who is patient and kind and genuine and tells me to take my time and do it when I’m ready. She is the first and only female I’ve ever been with and I share a lot of the feelings about her as you do about Shawna. Thank you for having the courage to publicly share your story. Hi Morgan, thanks for sharing your story with your followers, you didnt have to yet you are so open and it really is great to see how far you've come! I was wondering, how did your other friends take it (those not in the same friend group you mentioned). Did you have to have some hard conversations with other people outside of your immediate circle or did you let them find out on their own?

I just want to say that I relate to this pretty much 100%. Was raised in a strict Christian house hold and wasn't allowed to watch stuff that had sorcery or read stuff like Harry Potter or Lord of the rings as well. Never really was raised around the term "gay" but I did go to school for most of my life and it was used there, still didn't know what it was tho. As I grew up tho I always didn't agree with the whole "gay is a sin". Wasn't until I was 21 that I realized I like both genders but I don't like the labels of it all. I love who I love and that's ok 😁🥰

Close female friends often express their friendship love in the highest way regardless of how they identify, and sometimes the friendship love evolves into romantic love. In this case the friendship love evolved into romantic love early in the friendship, which is blissful. What was also interesting is neither of the two male partner you had jumped at the suggestion of a 2 girl threesome because any straight guy would. It makes you wonder if maybe something similar was going on with them.

Thank you for your story. I really connected with being raised Christian and home churches. Also thank you for showing patience and grace to your parents. Too many stories are like they don't agree so ghost them"... no sometimes to get respect, you have to give it. My parents and I are very similar. They don't believe it's rights but they love me. So how do you navigate that.. and the answer is time and love.. good on you..

When I came out to my mom as bi and introduced her to my girlfriend (whom I was with 5 years and ended up having a child with) she was 💯 percent accepting. I got really lucky. An ex bf of mines brother was not so lucky. He was raised strict apostolic and when he came out he was essentially shunned for years. It was a don’t ask don’t tell kind of thing where they’d see him but he was not permitted to bring his partners or even mention them. He had a bunch of siblings, and when one got married and left the gay brother out of the wedding party, my ex stepped down and said “if he’s not included neither am I”. He always supported him. Now a days they’re more accepting but it took years and his dad will never acknowledge it sadly. I’m so glad your story ended as one where you’re a happy lady :)

I have a young son, and I'm a single mum. I always try to be careful when I talk to him about things like crushes or him in the future when he has a family I don't want to assume that he's going to be straight and I want to make it feel normal that if he isn't that he can totally be that that I would accept it, and that that is normal.

These feelings, no matter how strong or real they seem to be are, like everything else, subject to impermanence. The more we bind to them and identify with them, the more we make ourselves emotionally dependent and vulnerable. The more we identify our happiness with those pleasant sensations, the more we will be disappointed and suffer when those sensations vanish one day or another. Leaving us empty handed , recognizing that in fact we weren’t loving the other person but rather being attached to the pleasant sensations that they evoked in us. And those pleasant sensations won’t last . Sooner or later they will change and vanish. We then come to understand that the meaning that we had given to them was something unreal, something unproportional to what they really are. And that we had done nothing else but waisted our time once again to find a source of lasting happiness that is outside of our own self. Just to realize more or less painfully that this too was bound to pass.

I realized I was trans woman 2 1/2 years ago. On a straight note I can honestly relate to your feelings. That I had a crush on a coworker but didn’t date coworkers at that time. But I went to a club to kinda protect her from a guy who wouldn’t leave her alone. Bouncers would not do anything because he was a cop. So I arrived and got between them and stayed that way. Had a great night and at end of the night we were saying bye and I mentioned to her I really wanted to kiss her. She felt same way so we stood in parking lot kissing for several minutes which did lead to couple dates and get together. Brianna

Peace be upon you to our beloved brothers and dearest sisters, you kinda need to listen to me, I just want to say that:- If you got anyone in your life that ever said to you likes ''how did it come to this?'' in the unkind ways, you know what I mean. This is what you tell them, you look at straight into their eyes and you saying: 1. Religion is about Peace and Mercy of God. 2. a) Do you believe in God? Yes. And if God didn’t want you this way, He wouldn’t have made you this way. Correct! 2. b) God have made and want you this way, because He love you. So, you will get more closely and continuously approach to God. He want you to love Him more than everything else, and the love that's exclusive only for Him. Not so many people out there got that chance. That's why you have to learn and understand the hidden message of God. 3. Whenever you come close yourself to God, He will never judge you based on your sexuality. He will judges and look at you, by what kind of a person you are. 4. Humanity is about as long as we bring ourselves to loves someone else, no matter what colour, no matter what race, no matter what religion, and no matter what gender. Humanity just want us to be loved, and to be able to love somebody back. 5. God loves us beyond any and everything else, and that’s who we should love first. 6. And in God's eyes kindness and love are what it’s all about.

Love is great and amazing, but when you leave carnage on your way to self-discovery, it tarnishes relationships along the way. You were married to a man - you left him. You lived with another man who helped you a ton, you left him for Shawna. You've destroyed personal relationships along the way. You were very close to many yogis you hurt along the way, you constantly trash churches and your own family members. I find you sad. I find Shawna sad. I stopped following you because I saw so much pain in so many responses. You know surround yourself with people who are likeminded so you aren't learning anything.

Great video but... where is that big community that wants to support me? Please tell me where is, because in my country there are only some stupid persons that use LGBTQ condition to shouting left slogans. And where are all the people that scream "The ENBY AMAB are valid?" I'm an ENBY AMAB and also in the little italian LGBT community we are marginalized and refused.
