I’m looking forward to this and deeply feel this is what I need. This morning after my nature walk I felt like dancing and so I did along with my dog 😂, and it felt good not to talk or think but just move. My spirit felt uplifted just like it use to feel 🥹.

Thank you So Much for sharing your story Bri, my transformation began last November, though as I look back, I can see where my path was gradually shifting and it was evident in the music that was emerging from me as I knew that there was more to life than what I'd been living, and I can relate to the anxiety and depression as it was there from birth, with 4 birth challenges that related to my lower extremities... I resigned from the church world after my mother's passing in 2017 and from there went deeper into Holistic Health and Wellness, and it was there, that questions were getting answered... Way More to that story, but I've found more peace and healing than over 30 years in church leadership ever provided and you've been part of this Bri... I've recently actually evolved into a place where I can FEEL emotions of True Love for myself and therefore others... it's reflecting in my confidence and music that's emerging from within a place of acceptance and forgiveness. I lived in Gresham for a couple of years during a relationship that wasn't beneficial... Again another story, but I wanted to let you know how loved and appreciated you are and I'm excited about your new path direction... Blessings and Namaste 💓✨🌹

I am so grateful to have found you Dr. Bri. I came across your videos because I have been suffering with pelvic floor dysfunction. I joined your overcome pelvic pain program. I have been doing women's drumming circles for a while now but never felt truly free in them and able to fully release and let go. I will say that the hardships I have dealt with recently with my pelvic pain and the long list of symptoms that I have been having on the daily has been my greatest teacher. It has brought me so much awareness about myself that I had been hiding from. I am firm believer that when I no longer need this "teacher" it will be gone. I love your next step of healing through embodiment and am looking forward to experiencing it with you. 🙏❤️

This was so beautiful. Thank you Dr Bri for being so incredibly genuine and open and for all you have done for so many of us with your pelvic floor exercises. Listening to you talking about the drumming, ecstatic dance and breath work makes me think of the knowledge of indigenous people who have known the power of these techniques for thousands of years. I've been reading a lot lately about the divine feminine and I think you're tapping directly into that. Women need these tools now more than ever for it's said by many that women must take the lead to heal themselves and this world and bring balance back to the earth. I think there's a transformative journey ahead for us all.

Thank you so much for your beautiful and thoughtful message. I truly believe in the power of these practices and their ability to help us heal, both individually and collectively. The wisdom of indigenous cultures and the recognition of the divine feminine are indeed profound sources of inspiration. It's my hope that by sharing these tools and experiences, we can all embark on a transformative journey toward healing, balance, and a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us. Together, we can create positive change and contribute to a brighter future. 🌟❤️

You articulated you journey so well and I appreciate you sharing your 'behind the scenes' experiences. That's what we are all going through, in our own times. Breakdowns lead eventually to breakthroughs. Thank you for sharing your story. 2020 and even through the current state the world is in has created alot of different emotions within me too. I'm 57, disabled, and found out last year that my husband was having a long time affair with a woman I know. I filed for divorce and it was finalized last month. Also, back in 2007, my 23 year old daughter was murdered by her boyfriend. That's just 2 examples that I'm still dealing with, and you are so right in saying it's so incredibly difficult to deal with. It's a daily struggle for me.

Dr. Bri, I hope you know how loved and adored you are. I'm so sorry to hear that you have had these challenges, but also happy that it has opened up to you a whole new world of healing to explore. And now, in true Dr. Bri fashion, you are sharing it with others, just as you have done with physical healing. I know how much courage and vulnerability it took to share your story, but it will help so many people. Thank you so much for everything you do. And yes I will join you in this journey! I've known instinctively for a long time that breathwork and embodiment, or ''somatics'' as I first heard it called, could be very beneficial to me...but I have always resisted doing the work. Maybe afraid of what I'll feel? Maybe afraid nothing will change? Your story has convinced me that now is the right time to open up to it. Thank you so much. Love and Namaste. 🙏💙🦋

Wow, what a beautiful comment!!! Thank you for your words! Yes, it can be scary to actually FEEL our feelings (since societally and culturally, many of us are conditioned not to feel or express ourselves), but it's so powerful to learn how to "lean into" our emotions rather than avoid them. From a point of acknowledgement, they're more easily worked with -- whether that means accepting them, or moving them through. So much better for our physical, emotional, and mental health. It's all connected! Glad you're ready for this journey, stick with me! And don't miss my mind-body-pelvic health playlist: kzfaq.info/sun/PLDputRBPsHFS6H1d1EwGK3fmiMxJY3bSp

Keep ‘em coming😅 If I don’t go out dancing with friends, I’ll just throw in a random living room 80’s dance party for embodiment work. It’s fun and therapeutic. This is an amazing, wonderful video, and I appreciate your courage to be so open and vulnerable. I came across this video while I was watching your video regarding exercises for pelvic adhesions. I have had SO many surgeries, and I developed adhesions after every one of them. The last surgery that really was traumatic was an emergency bowel resection that resulted in losing 2 ft of bowel and reconnecting the small intestine to the transverse colon. I begin this post with this information because it causes a lot of physical pain and has created MORE medical issues than I already had. Recent developments caused me to start looking for answers to deal with what could be happening in my body. Once I heard your embodiment video, it gave me hope to take back some control over my body, but also reawaken my life that has felt dead for many years. Even though I had developed my relationship with God, I still felt emptiness because I still hadn't found my path to walk on - but I believe He always puts things in your path when you need them the most. I am excited to join you in this journey to find/express joy and experience a new physical relationship to my body and my heart in their broken state! I subscribed to your channel, but I don't use KZfaq a lot, so I am not sure how to get to the embodiment videos, but I will find a way ❤

So many thoughts! First, in recent years I have dreams where I'm doing that deep, soul ripping, heart broken sobbing. Sometimes I even wake up still sobbing but have no idea why. Just a huge sense of loss. Second, I've been drawn to try drumming and dance but get to the event and freeze up or feel so ashamed for crying that I literally run/leave. Finally - omg yes I've developed pelvic floor issues to the point where the 'specialist' recommended severing the muscles to relieve the constant spasm. I love the way you present your pelvic floor knowledge and have found help there. Now I'm excited to follow you in embodiment. Thank you.

You're very welcome! It sounds like you've been through quite a journey, and I'm glad to hear that you've found help and valuable information for your pelvic floor issues. It's also wonderful that you're open to exploring drumming and dance as potential avenues for healing and self-expression. Remember, it's okay to have emotions and to cry - it's a natural part of the healing process. I hope you find the Embodiment work helpful in your journey to overall well-being and self-discovery. Wishing you all the best on your path to healing and self-acceptance!

I appreciate all of your videos and how you keep dealing with pelvic floor issues and life real. I have chronic pelvic floor issues which cause rectal pain. Is there a way to completely heal from this?

Worse thing for me was my hysterectomy in 2020. Now I’m 6wpo from fixing that massive failure. Surgeon did NO suspension. Make sure you’re getting a suspension if you opt for surgery ladies! Don’t just assume like I did.

We are sorry to hear that. We agree with your thoughts. It's indeed important to have open and detailed discussions with one's healthcare provider when considering any surgical procedure, especially one as significant as a hysterectomy. Understanding the surgical plan, including whether a suspension will be performed, the potential risks and benefits, and the expected outcomes, can help make an informed decision about one's healthcare. ~ Vibrant Support

Might I suggest trying a musical instrument that involves air, I’m a flutist and working with sound and breath together is very very therapeutic! ❤ Also, your free instrument, singing ❤

That's a wonderful suggestion! Playing a musical instrument that involves breath control, such as the flute or singing, can indeed be therapeutic and emotionally grounding. The combination of sound and breath can be a powerful way to express emotions and find a sense of release and connection. Thank you for sharing this idea, and I hope it inspires others to explore music and breath as a form of healing and self-expression.
