My fastest oatmeal for a healthy breakfast! no flour no butter

Ingredients:
oat flakes 100g (1 cup)
sunflower 9g (1 tablespoon)
pumpkin 7g (1 tablespoon)
salt 3g (1/2 teaspoon)
baking soda 4g (1 teaspoon)
1 egg
natural yogurt 200g (3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon)
white vinegar 7.5ml (1/2 tbsp)
form 8x20cm
bake at 180C (350F) for 30-35 minutes
