Very good song! Very sad video 😢 I felt horrible when that young man came back from fighting for our country and lives🙏🏻❤️🇺🇸 and his wife thought it was no big deal to sleep around…. I believe the person playing the soldier is Rick Schroeder. He was a child star in the 80s on Silver Spoons, and grew up to be a great actor. Lonesome Dove, And Dolly Parton's 2 Coat of many Colors Movies to name a couple. If you DO start a Movie reaction channel I would Suggest Dolly's Coat of many Colors as one you should do.

Buddy of mine called home after we was in a firefight just to try and feel better and she told him shes divorcing him when he got home house was gutted she took out all his money didnt pay the mortgage. (He rebounded and is hanging in there now)

I like a lot of kinds of music. I actually listen to the lyrics. Country by far has great stories and lyrics that have awesome meaning ( if you listen to them. ) rock is fragmented( although I do like) and others are just not what I want to hear lyrically. I love “ wait in the truck” by Hardy ( country song) great song.

There was quite a story going on there at the end grave scene. I'd suggest maybe looking at it again. Not only for the video in it's possible spiritual aspects, but an interesting thing is that Ricky Schroeder the actor has his IRL daughter there as the little girl. Ricky's real life parents names and birth/death dates are on the graves stones. So powerful in so many ways.

I believe in many ways you have to put yourself in her shoes. I’m sure in many ways she loved him but she either didn’t know he’d make it home or could have been told he died in combat. Not trying to excuse any actions but it could explain things. This is a sad song though.
