I've been trying to lose the skinny fat weight for a few months now and I've seen no progress. It might had to do with my diet, because i cannot resist chocolate and also I binged at night after eating meals that didnt satisfy me. For context, i am a teen and my mom doesnt let me go running alone (only with my sister or a friend -who are never available when i have time) and after 6 months now i got really tired of not seeing any progress, even if i excersised at home for 5 days a week. I decided to ask my parents to sign me up for the gym because i figured out my goal is to build a little muscle and lose the skinny fat. And now i came across this video, which i kind of find relatable, and has so many useful tips! 8:23 thank you so much for pointing that out, because i really needed to hear that. I hope i achieve my goals like you ❤

Aww girl, that’s sounds quite similar to my experience ..❤️ I’m proud of u that u are now signed up for the gym! ☺️Strength training helped me a lot to stay lean and also, most importantly, eat more food and whatever food I want - as I burn more calories now. I hope this will also help u stop binge eating and restricting ur food (I have chocolate almost everyday, so can u 🍫❤️, just not tooo much though 😂) I wish u all the best!!! 🫶💕

I completely agree about feeling invincible because I am strong!! started lifting 2 years ago and I regularly feel 'super human' because of the things I can do and the way i can move my body

Yes the gym does so much more than just improving your physique. It really helped me gain self confidence, make me be mentally stronger, be disciplined. I love the gym. I look forward to the gym everyday ❤

Love all that you said! Adding on to what you said about not worrying about what others judging at the gym, remember not everyone in the gym know everything. People will give advice its not always right. i train with a personal trainer and I've had people at the gym repeat words and terminology from TikTok that are not accurate gym technique

If ur just starting out, take it easy to make sure u don’t get any injuries (prioritise ur form rather than the weights).

I have been following gym over 2 years. My belly is not that big just normal. As my knowledges about abs workout, abs is directly related to diet I think. If you see my comments, pls reply me. Ur English is great!! ☺️ I exercise my abs only 1x a week. But in general whenever I exercise other parts (legs, glutes or back) I do compound exercises which also train my abs. I hope this helps!✨
