The house I live in right now has 2 sheds in the backyard. Both were there when I moved in. I don't know why they thought they needed 2, but I call one the creepy shed because it has a boarded-up window in the door and a whole nest of spiders inside. (You can probably guess which shed I DON'T use.)

ADHDers are not "normals" we are different, our brains just work differently. They actually are the opposite of "normals". The "normals" (who think they are better than us more than not) make sure we know we are different our whole life. We never really fit in. Don't get me wrong, I love being different, I would hate being "normal". The fact is that neurodivergents are just the other normal. We aren't broken. Being different is awesome, but "normals" are not programmed for difference, everything has to be all the same. Why do you think HOA's exist?

A great overview of guy-logic, and the icing was Penn busting the giggles after Kim’s delivery. My way around, the ripped stuff disappears after the laundry and new appears in the drawer.

Look, the underwear and socks… I will absolutely rip them so they aren’t wearable if they need to go 😂 also my husband just tried to convince me at Costco last weekend that we needed a 4th deep freezer. No You read that right, I said FOURTH!

I had to give up my membership because of that! Shopping at Costco unsupervised was very dangerous for me. Now I only go with my mom so she can talk me out of all the stuff I suddenly need when I’m in Costco 😂😂

The towels! Yes! You are never going to be cleaner than you are right when you step out of the shower so theoretically all you have to do is air dry the damp towel after every use. One towel could last for, like, 10 yrs. and NEVER need to be washed because it gets washed every time you dry yourself! Jeen-yus! Love how you guys can laugh at each other and yourselves. That's a good sign of a healthy relationship. Continued blessings on your marriage.

My Dad was like this when it came to clothing necessities. He was shocked when he found out either Mom or I replaced holey socks and boxer briefs with new purchases. I also bought him a reversible belt, which he loved! Thanks for bringing back some fun memories!

I am very similar to Penn in these situations and also use the same justification he does. I rarely ever buy socks, tshirts, underwear, belts, golf shirts for myself. When Christmas, Birthday, Fathers Day comes I won't hesitate to ask for those items. That is how I justify it when I want or say we need an item that might be several hundred dollars.
