Succinic Acid Spot treatment is the best spot treatment I've used. I don't care for their weird marketing, as long as the product is effective. Recently ordered three tubes to gift a friend and have more in backup. It works so well and so fast, sulfur smell is the only downside and it's easy to ignore. Has really given me a peace of mind whenever a new breakout shows up. Succinic spot treatment, pimple patches and adapalene - all I needed to get acne under control, worked wonders for both my confidence and anxiety.

The Inkey List has been my gateway brand into skincare... I feel like it's such an affordable, well thought out collection that can help many beginners find their stride. While now, a couple of years wiser, I've moved on to k beauty and more complex formulations, there are still many products from them that I use daily: - oat cleansing balm (my introduction to double cleansing... Not a perfect product, but a safe one to go back to) - Hyaluronic acid cleanser (a gentle low ph cleanser that can do no harm) -SA cleanser (didn't work for my face, but I use it twice a week on my body after weightlifting to keep body pimples away) -azelaic acid serum (my one true love 😂) - caffeine eye cream (a lovely, simple morning eye cream which has given me good results) - retinol eye cream (i use it every night layered with the cosrx snail peptide eye cream) - Succinic acid treatment (of course) - hyaluronic acid serum (i actually use it on my very dry tired hands) - chia seed curl cream and pepride volumizing serum for my hair - bio active ceramide moisturizer (solid middle weight moisturizer for transitional seasons) Products that have been big fails: -PCA bonding treatment for hair -both the mineral and chemical sunscreen -C50 serum -Vitamin moisturizer I'm curious about trying their squalane oil for winter and the pha toner

I bought the Q10 serum after the last time you mentioned it. It had been on my radar but you pushed me over the edge! I love the texture so much, but haven’t used it for long enough to see results, though I believe in the benefits of the Q10. And it’s so affordable!! I don’t like the lid, so I’ve taken that off and used a NIOD pump instead (pretty cheap on the deciem website and can be reused) and it makes it perfect for me!

Hi Kelly I like the oat cleansing balm and the PHA toner for my very dry, rosacea and eczema prone skin - they're my top two picks. I've also enjoyed the niacinamide serum, the Q10 serum and the alpha arbutin serum in the past. The IL is one of those brands I often use to trial a new to me ingredient eg alpha arbutin, but then I move onto more complex multi ingredient formulations tbh. The oat balm is something I've bought many times and keep going back to - it just works and is a great value. The PHA toner is a gentle exfoliant and does suit my very sensitive skin, but I tend to skip around trying different things for this stage. I use retinoids and azelaic acid alternate nights, which give me really good cell turnover. One night a week I use a BHA in the t zone and either a PHA or very mild AHA in the perimeter of the face, prior to sheet masking. As I use a lot of rich creams etc for my dry skin this gives some extra clarity to the pores, without irritation. Once a week usage means these products last a long time and I'm usually ready to try something else when I reach the end. That isn't to say the PHA toner isn't something I'll go back to at some point though. Overall here in the UK the Inkey List is easily accessible and affordable. They do have some decent products in their range and also a few duds. Most brands do have some duds though and this isn't an IL issue. I think they're an easier brand to navigate for a beginner than the ordinary, as it is possible to get a full routine from them easily. Best wishes.

I actually love their Kaolin Clay mask! I think it’s like $6? And SO simple and to the point. I love a good clay mask and this one is really nice and also not drying at all.

The succinic acid treatment is the bomb! I've never encountered such a great spot treatment that gets rid of those nasty, big and painful cystic pimples, right from the start! Anyways, I genuinely love your content. It's like a breath of fresh air! The way you break down the ingredients in every single formulation/product is very interesting and helpful. I loove the Succinic acid treatment. Watching this video with several spots of it on my face 😂 Totally haaate the oat cleansing balm. I dont know why but did not work for me and I was happy when I finally finished it.

My faves from them are the Q10 serum, the Polyglutomic acid & the Squalene oil. I am more oily-combo but I use them daily and I’ve been meaning to try the Niacinamide serum and other things but I have tried the probiotic moisturizer and the Ceramide treatment. ❤️❤️

The Ordinary’s Hemi-Squalene is a dupe for the Inkey List’s Shea oil. I have fine hair and I can use both on my hair without issues. I also really like the Inkey List’s Hyaluronic Treatment for hair. It is lightweight but makes me hair softer and silkier.
