Join me on a midweek drive through Glasgow around lunchtime as I stop for a bite on my way to Inverness, Scotland. Thinking the Low Emission Zone worked like London's, I assumed a daily charge of £12.50 would cover me. Three weeks later, a fine arrived in the post.
