Hey, welcome back to another KZfaq video! In today's video I will guide you through my new barbell only full body workout. Give this workout a go and let me know how you get on! 🤍
Workout:
Back Squat: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Romanian Deadlifts: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Bent Over Rows: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Military Press: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Single Arm T-Bar Kneeling Press: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Single Leg Landmine Deadlifts: 8-10 reps, 4 sets

Love this! I haven’t gone to the gym in a month due to getting an eye infection, getting sick, starting a new job and moving to a new home but I have still been doing home workouts with dumbbells and I’ve actually grown to enjoy working out at home and having a quicker workout 😊

After getting pregnant Ive felt so bad because Ive gone from working out 5 to 6 days a week to 3 times a week. 1st trimester had me down in bed the whole time due to nausea and Ive been so low in energy until middle 2nd trimester... I feel good now close to my 3rd tri, I'm 26 weeks now, been doing more of the heavy stuff again. I feel weak and I feel thicker obviously due to permanency but also because I lose muscle and firmness. But I keep telling myself, I show up and try my best, at least every week I am trying. And that is truly all that matters. Because this weakness is temporary, well get back to being strong and consistent!

This is almost my workout. I love the military press, so humbling and fun. You feel so strong with that bar above your head and even a little weight on the bar.

@@KrissyCelaa It has a very very bad homeless population specifically LA and San Fran. and the cost of living is insane!! Please consider FL or the Carolinas. CA is in a bad place. Many Californians have moved to TX or FL. Just want to save you some drama and headaches in the long run. I am not being a negative Nelly. If you buy a home in CA, and decide to leave, they charge you a huge tax when you try to sell your home. Not sure if you are following what’s going on in the states but it’s about to get pretty interesting..Miami/Tampa/Orlando. Are good spots! Carolina’s are where some Floridians are going, of course because of the cost of living….one of my dear friends cannot leave because of all the taxes and bureaucracy…she gets hammered by the fires every year and her taxes have skyrocketed. Please research before your make that move….best of luck.

Great video! The only thing missing was safety bars on the squat rack - especially important when you're trying to push yourself with regard to weight/reps when squatting ♥

Sometimes, I lift lighter on other days im not feeling it, so I still go through motions, but I'm not exhausted just by thinking about doing it. Then you still do something, even if it wasn't your max. ❤😊

Great video, many tips! But the ones made with Sasha felt more helpful as camera angles were actually showing feet and position etc, and these videos didn't cut together every second word. Personally I don't like when a chat has hundred cuts. Felt little bit distracted how "promotional"the video was. Although it looks great quality and cool editing it's not as helpful as workout videos you had before. But I admire how much knowledge you have as a trainer and that you want to share it with us, too 😊

Thank you so much❤❤❤... You know, your DL looks a lot like mine and a few days ago someone activated my mid traps. It felt so different and much more tucked... Mind you, it was a landmine DL so... Just saying you might want to do that: The cue was: prevent me from tickling your armpits. Then they did the middle upper back thing.. No cue for that, so just ask someone to poke you.

Build up to it. When you're ready, first try without weights and add only when it becomes too easy.

By "explode back up", do you mean move as fast as you can?

@MrChristopherMolloy well you always have to make sure your not in pain and keeping good form. Moving slow with good form is recommended as a beginner.. EXplosion depends on certain exercises and gives more athletic training.
