A tip to not waste so much tissues is wrap your old pad with your new pad wrapper and then throw it away

Guys here’s MY period story So one week *before the week I started getting sick* I was still sick right, then I got cramps but I didn’t know they were cramps, me being sick made it so much worse. I went to the hospital, they gave me water, medicine, check ups, and I said to my mom “this would be funny if it was my period.” Well later I saw the blood and I was like “omg.” The nurses made sure it was period and not bad blood. But yeah that was mine, Rn I have my period and OMGGGG I woke up with a FRICKEN WATERFALL ON MY PAD, and later that night my bed had multiple flags of Japan, I put a black towel over, and two pads, big oof

My period routine is WAYYYY different: I change my (you know what) before I go to bed I sleep on my side and always have a heating pad on me just in case I have any cramps at night In the morning, I just have cereal 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wash my face twice and put lotion on so I don't have a dried up potato looking face I usually listen to music and draw so I don't have any mood swings such as being mad or sad (And that's pretty much it •👄•)

When I’m having cramps I grab a sock or pillow case and put rice in there and tie it and put it in the microwave for 1 minute and put it on my stomach it helps!

I'm 12 and I use pads but I've only had my period for 4 months and I might start using tampons but I'm really scared I also get bad spots and I'm really insurcure about them but ik it does define who I am ♥️

Hi , I don't recommend to have medicines if you are having any stomach ache because as you all know that all these cramps are normal every girl has it , and if you start have medicines for these cramps you will have to have it every time you have your periods , so if you are not able to tolerate these cramps just put heat water bag where ever you are having the pain.

I remember on my 2 cycle I was scared to try tampons. It might hurt the first time and if you take it out dry it might hurt. Tip: pee before you take out a dry tampon it makes it so it does not hurt.
