I think they turned out great...nice hunks of meat - yum! Pull them at 120 if you want it more on the medium rare side but all in all you can't complain about that 🙂

@@hillbillybbq What some people don't know is when you pull the meat off the grill/smoker the temperature continues to climb for another 8+ degrees before it starts slowly falling. When you pull any type of meat next time, leave a probe in the meat and watch how much it climbs before cooling. 120 and no more...try it, you'll get the medium rare you want 🙂

Doesn't matter how you cook 'em as long as you like 'em! Glad Hoagie got a plate. Probably using the timer really helps Michael. I've learned over the years to pull them off the fire before I think they're ready because they will continue to cook.
