Yo! Sharing a little training vlog of my shena push up board workout. The shena board is often used in persian yoga and is an excellent tool for bodyweight training.
I programmed a fun and challenging workout for myself and I wanted to share the exercises and some valuable training insights with you throughout the workout.
My intent is to share my approach and perspective on training the body through this workout. I hope and anticipate that you'll get some new moves, new workout ideas, and some valuable tips on how to train the body.

Please do more videos like this. The sheena board is such an underrated and useful exercise tool. Maybe even show us multiple routines on the sheena.

Is there a condtioning circuit you enjoy with the Shenna? Something at a quicker pace that's more Kushti wrestling rather than Yoga focussed?
