The Las Vegas Waldorf was originally built as the Mandarin Oriental, which accounts for some of the Asian themed design elements. Now as part of the Hilton family of hotels, you can also stay here for as little as $210 (weekday) or 60,000 Hilton Points per night, plus $45 resort fee and parking.

It’s like you read my mind! I was going to suggest the Waldorf and that beautiful Sky Bar to you. But...$500 bucks a night for that room in this downturned Vegas economy?! That was no upgrade. More like a high-class ripoff!

Skybar is my favorite place to have a drink later in the afternoon before it gets busy. No TV with sports, not crowded, great staff. I was there yesterday.

@@isaiahs5237 I was there for Mothers day. I had to move from one room to another because of partiers. Both rooms were frustrating because the light switches did not work. I also tried the skybar...and both times I ordered drinks, they botched them. Turns out the bartender was in back googling how to make drinks. The pool area was great though service wise. I still liked the more intimate feel of the stay (I am Hilton Diamond though). Nice not to have to walk through a casino, and the walk wasn't bad to the Aria or Cosmo.

I watch “ pompsie team” videos almost everyday.. However, this is the first time I’ve watched “ The Waldorf “ The property looks amazing but, $500 a night does seem excessive? Perhaps, that is why it was so quiet? In any event, another great Vlog from “ Team Pompsie “
