Another great hack I would suggest is low impact exercise. Yoga, physical movement exercises, walking, light stretching are really important to keep flexibility and mobility going. One of my favourite positive quote is: "It's not about how many times you fall down, but how many times you get back up."

Hi Sarah, you hit all the good ones:) so important to take care of ourselves & listen to our bodies.. Lately, I’ve had some more ear pain & feel like I am taking more Tylenol & Alieve more then I’d like. Trying to eat better emphasizing lower inflammation foods. What are you eating in this regard?

How is your epilepsy doing? I was trying to find older videos stating how long you have had ms. I'm only going on for 3 years diagnosed. Love this video. Very encouraging for others.

@@DSara419 oh man... right before the world shut down. Mine was diagnosed July 2020. So... I want to tell you the first few yrs or so is usually the worst. Is what literally everyone says in my support group. I'm kind of holding on to that to help me not lose all hope that i may possibly feel slightly better. lol I hope yours does that. You have been put through the ringer. I saw your smoothies and it stinks you don't like them. I make mine with plain Greek yogurt which you can't do because of milk. Buy can you do the silk yogurts? I feel like that may help them be creamier. Maybe switching up the fruit too. Like frozen mango raspberry. I'll throw in fresh banana (or the one from freezer if they were going bad lol). We need to find a way to make these more yummy. You have enough you suffer through. I can't do any spinach nuts or pb due to my kidney disease so that's a bummer. Are your children adjusting to you with ms? That's been extremely difficult for me and them in my home.

@donnabolt5847, thank you for the smoothie suggestion, I will try some dairy free yogurt, but really it is ok, I just chug it down, LOL. I am sorry to hear you have kidney disease!! I hope you are right about the first few years, because it sure has been tough!!

@SaraslivingwithMS ok let me know if the yogurt helped. I love the vanilla. Oh, thanks yeah I was diagnosed at 27 with medullary sponge kidney disease (MSKD). Basically my kidneys look like sponges so I make tons of kidney stones. Keep fighting the good fight. 👍
