Such powerful and inspiring words Sara ❤ You are undoubtedly the perseverance of the human spirit with which seemingly insurmountable mountains can be moved. From ashes you bring the promise that beauty can be found to temper the fear of the unknown. I know everyone of us who watch your channel will be saying a little prayer for when you go for your mammogram; you are going to be fine. ❤

I'm very happy to hear that you are progressing and got past the effects of the seizure. Keep your head held high and stay strong and positive ✨️ 💪 You will get through this all. Be tough and stay strong mentally. You are knocking it out of the park 👍

Thank you so much, it has been rough, and looking back and talking to people, I think I was in worse shape than I thought, but I am doing better.

I agree to not continue with a PT that says you can not improve! I am 18 years in and have been improving since I started working with my current PT. Find one that is MS Certified or has extra neurological training. While mine doesn't have this certification she works with spinal cord issues, parkinson's, etc and is very creative. I have watched a lot of the videos at Msing Link (Gretchen Hawley) and Rehab HQ (Tara Tobias). There are 8 phases of walking. The phases for me that needed to be improved were the "swing phase", the "weight transfer" and the "single leg" phases. I started with the swing phase as it seemed worst and by improving that I am walking 50% faster with much less dependence on my trekking pole. She now has me working more on the weight transfer and single leg balance phase. Find one that understands "neuroplasticity" and doesn't just focus on strength. The answer will not be found there but by having the brain rewire to work better. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oaeBl8mh17CyZGw.html

Great words of encouragement and wisdom! You wrapped it up here in this video! Praying for positive outcome for your well being. You’re inspiring each of us fighting this terrible disease 🦠. But in addition unfortunately you’re struggles are bigger and harder. Sending you a big 🤗 of healing energy your way! Keep up the good attitude is everything. During the most difficult days it’s a ton of sleeping, good vegetables and something enjoyable. A short walk around the block, a heating pad on the legs, a new tea, soothing music, aromatherapy. Anything to stimulate the senses that feels good to get the relief that revitalizes energy for the next day.
