Muscle is the motive & Longevity is the intention (I want to be around in the best way for a long time) I train on average 4-5x a week, ~45 minutes a session with minimal rest between sets. I focus on compound movements & lifting heavy with weights. If there's a body part I train the most, it's legs (your biggest muscles are in your legs).
