Bought your program bro and we will be on the same journey next year! Main difference is I’m 35 haha. I’m trusting your program to get me close to dunking on 10’ by my 36th birthday! I did the first workout Tuesday and I can tell already that your scheme works the body quite different than the PJF program I have. I think I will gain the most inches just from improving technique because I’ve been playing ball since I was 3 and always loved jumping. Thing is, I thought I had good technique but quickly found out my issues. It’s gonna take awhile just to retrain my brain on great technique and once that is second nature, look out lol

At dunk camp you got a 50 but right now you got a 45.5, if your adrenaline was pumping like at dunk camp you could probably get closer to 50
