Yesterday night my husband recorded me snoring which was a mix of angry grizzly bear and moaning cow (35 weeks in). Pregnancies are just so much fun! Well done and very accurate.

@MLAustin5 snoring (and choking) that severely could actually be a sign of a sleep disorder like sleep apnea which is when you stop breathing multiple times an hour… untreated it can seriously affect your memory and/or mood, but using a prescribed continuous positive air pressure (CPAP) device forces air into your lungs even when your body tries to have you stop breathing. I had such severe untreated sleep apnea that I literally forgot what I said 1 minute before…AND I was only a teenager at the time! I’ve been using a CPAP since I was first diagnosed and my memory is so much better! If your husband is that concerned about your snoring/health you might want to look into getting a sleep study done at a sleep clinic. I likely only got diagnosed because instead of just using a finger cuff to monitor my oxygen I actually had a polysomnogram done at the sleep clinic which had electrodes monitoring my brain/heart/limbs/etc… I likely wasn’t actually diagnosed until they more thoroughly reviewed my polysomnogram results (so they kept me for a day study after my overnight study since I didn’t present as having sleep apnea at first glance)… a couple weeks later we got a call about when I’d like to come in to discuss treatment options for my SEVERE sleep apnea… we opted to do the CPAP device because my throat was too tiny for removing my tonsils to likely help fix my sleep apnea…plus I didn’t want to have an unneeded surgery. most sleep clinics have a questionnaire for a partner and/or family member(s) to fill out to report what they’ve observed of the patient’s sleeping/snoring etc… Sorry for the verbal vomit.

Same. It's hilarious that my third trimester craving was blueberry Mini Wheats. I would panic buy boxes every week in case they were discontinued, only for my craving to stop suddenly. We were stuck with four boxes in our tiny cupboard.

Okay, I know I commented previously, but that was 3 months ago. I'm in 3rd trimester now with twins, just got diagnosed with gestational diabetes today. Literally every single sentence in this video is me right now. Winded from putting on clothes, check! Wanting babies to stay in and cook for as long as possible, check! WANTING THEM OUT BECAUSE IT'S SO UNCOMFORTABLE, DOUBLE CHECK! You understand, Taylor. And I appreciate it. And I've basically made my husband memorize these trimester videos so he can understand as well. (He's actually been very amazing, but still!)

Omg can relate to everything - did prenatal yoga with my first right up until 37 weeks - this time round did one class at 20 weeks and we went into lockdown again - am now 33 weeks and haven't done a class since!!! Too busy waddling around the house and taking 10 mins to get up off the couch!!!

This always makes me laugh I’m due next month with my 4th an our last addition to the family and oh my gosh I can’t stop laughing at the my water broke 🤣 because this is my first time where if I cough .. we’ll yup 👍 I may tinkle lol I never understood that before with my others but they were spaced out by 6 years , and 8 years lol so this one 3 years from my last an things aren’t as pleasant, I needed these laughs thanks again!! haha
