He's encouraging that the probationer could consume protein which is much much higher than a normal limit and it could increases load on kidneys which will lethal...

I usually do both cardio and weight training during one schedule. I do cardio basically elliptical for 35 minutes at 23 level and burn around 800 calories daily for 5 days in a week. I do strength or weight training for 40 minutes before cardio which comes to total calories burn of 1100 (total, both cardio and weight training). My weight now is 88 kgs (was 106, 4 months back). I consume food mix of low carbs and high protien which muxh be around 1200 calories in a day. So i burn what i eat , my calories requirement is 1650. Does this mean i am going on deficit of 1650 and is it helpful, will it show better results. Please comment

Good morning paji, how are you?, Paji I have been traning from quiet a long time, it been on and off, I dont know what i did wrong, maybe over train, not having proper nutrition, or wrong posture but my muscles are hard, infact fir example biceps are always contracted, is this normal or i think it is prohibited the growth, hoping for a reply
