Sir i want to ask that i do Fasted cardio in the morning and weight training in evening ... I take scoop of protein post workout.. but can i take scoop of whey before morning cardio or after morning cardio for Fat loss and muscle gain... Thank u for video sir, I would like to ask some thing. I am 95kg and 180cm height, and get down to 90kg in 2 weeks with MMA training. I wont do cardio no more cause I have fear of loose skin. So I am doing 1hr in mma training and then doing strength exercise, weights.. Do I loose muscle in mma training. Or if I do weights and mma parallely, can I save from loose skin and muscle loss.. Hi, recently came across ur channel😊A question on calorie deficit...do u need to decrease ur calorie intake or will it also work if u kept u calorie intake same say 1800 for female, but increased ur activity to burn say 2300 cal per day so that ur still 500 cal deficit. Will u still lose weight/fat this way😊
