Fat loss tips 1)Workout should be monitored. 2)6-7 small portion of food whole day 3)Drink lots of water bcoz if you don't so you feel headache or body pain, joint pain after exercise. Your videos are so damn inspiring..you motivate people at one go. I have gained lots of weight after my pregnancy and as per nature of my job I do sits on my desk 8-9 hours daily. I started doing your cardio excersices with a mix of treadmill about 35-45 min. Now keeping my fingers crossed. Keep this good work up and do help us the way you do 👍

What are you confused about? You only eat food in an 8 hour window and for the other 16 hours of the day you dont eat(fast)

Mene gym lagaai Hai waightloss k liye.. 3 month ho gaya 1 kg b kam ni huwa.. Aur upar se to mene PT b lagaya huwa he... M confused k kyu waightloss ni ho raha.. M very very very Upset.. Trainer bola k metabolism thik nahi he Isliye kam nahi ho raha he.. Muze to trainer pe hi doubt he 😡
