Brendan demonstrating myofascial release which is great for chronic back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, and many other hard to get rid of problems.
We wanted to talk a little bit about myofascial release. A lot of people have heard that term, but don't really know what it is. A lot of what it's dealing with is the fascia. What the fascia is is connective tissue that connects, surrounds, penetrates muscles, tissue, bone, organs, nerves. Everything is surrounded and infused with fascia. It is connected from head to toe. It's a continuous system, so it's not isolated on a spot here and a spot there. It's what connects the whole body together.
You can have spots that are in different places connected, so maybe something down in the hip or knee might be connected to something up here in the shoulder. When we're working on different things, if we look at the whole body and take that into account, that helps us to get a better picture of what's going rather than just trying to say this is a knee problem, we're just going to focus on the knee.
Those are some of the main keys about myofascial release, great treatment technique that helps with because a lot of times it gets ignored in the medical system, even in physical therapy.
If you're having chronic pain problems, lots of different things, neck pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, TMJ, lots of things like that respond really well to myofascial release.

Use a 10 pound sand medicine ball to break it apart piece by piece I didn’t hurt my self at all no bruises I slowly broke my extreme body fascia adhesions that was killing me and made it impossible for me to get cracked or stretch this way of fixing your unaligned body should be the new way of how people help people with their suffering also bouncing on a ball helps but mostly bumping against the sand ball broke my extremely bad fascia adhesion that was keeping me stiff and out of place making me sick and tired and slowly killing me we all need to stretch this way we all have fascia adhesion that makes us stiff and live in pain and discomfort
