I fully believe that also. IF those kids of H&M are NOT of Harry's seed, of Meghan's egg and born of her body: that is Fraud and may be treason and Fraud...it certainly, alone, would be enough to remove all his titles, force the Prince title into abeyance for life, and might land him in prison. I am 100% certain the Royal Family knows the truth....IF MI5 (or MI6) checked out Meghan (as Harry said) before they married, then I am sure they know everything there is to know about H&M and the invisible children. By NOT coming forward with the info and clearing up the issue of the kids, Charles looks just as complicit as H&M themselves, thus has ruined his "legacy"

If you do a little more research and study the laws of the monarchy, you will quickly realise that you cannot simply withdraw the Sussex title. The bigger problem is that as long as MM is married to Prince Harry, she can legally call herself Princess Henry. And Harry was born the son of a princess and a prince, so the title Prince is his birthright.

The title of Duke and the LoS both require parliament to act but I have read that the rank of Prince can be changed by Letters Patent. The key is it is a rank, and not a title. Hence someone is born with rank but not necessarily title and the two do not necessarily go hand in hand. However, it's very unclear overall.

What I understood from lady C titles can be removed if Harry commits a crime. What she spoke about last night in relation to the consititutional crisis was the fact he has committed perjury by destroying evidence in a court case and he has now involved the keeper of the Privvy Purse and that triggered this meeting.

If I understand correctly from watching Lady C and other investigative channels, if they invoke Letters Patent stripping Harry of his Prince and all other titles, Meghan and the children also loose their titles and Harry and the children are automatically removed from the line of succession. This one act would solve all the dilemmas Charles is facing without necessarily revealing the background to the children. I also wonder what MI5 & MI6 divulged to William on his visit following their trip to Nigeria ?

Titles and LoS can only be removed by Parliamentary action. My understanding, however, is the rank of Prince may be removed by Letters Patent. The key difference is that one can be born holding a rank but not necessarily a title and the rank can be changed.

MI5 and MI6 i think there is a lot more going on than we know. we need to wait and see the end results, removing titles now will just make them victims, thry live in usa, they will continue to use their titles there and charles will look weak. what can he do? sue them, arrest them? let them self destruct.

I don't know starlight if that will fix everything. The duo will go absoultely nuclear if everything is removed. We wont have seen nothing yet. They won't give up their titles quietly. It will definately be game on. I don't think the RF is squeaky clean as they like to portray or that we think they are. The duo will spill everything whether it's truthful or not.

KC is not going to do anything. He has a duty to protect the monarchy even when he knows his awful son and his wife is wearing the reputation of the monarchy down. If he has a backbone, he would have done this a long time ago and he won’t have a crisis at hand.

Constitutionally, I'd have thought the biggest problem was Harry's court case, because he's likely to be held in contempt of court for destroying evidence; potentially, a criminal offence. He got away with it once when he couldn't keep his trap shut, but such a blatant disregard for the law can't be ignored this time. It makes a mockery of his privileged place in the LOS, so it could be the trigger for removing him and IF the mythical spogs get their entitlements directly from Harry, it would also filter down and solve the pressing issue of their legitimacy, too. i.e. they'd all be gone!

We’re all suffering from H&M fatigue. This sorry saga really needs to stop. It’s unhealthy. In my opinion our late Queen and Prince Philip would have handled this situation differently had they not been in their twilight years. I personally would like to see more positive coverage of the work undertaken by the working Royals and the results achieved. Show the World why the British Monarchy is relevant. Launch a PR campaign. Silence the critics. ❤️

I think there is a Harry kid born out of wedlock from an affair Harry had that was highly rumored before Harry got married to Meghan. I believe the story was that The Queen (thus the RF knew) and the woman paid off to take the child and HUSH . I think "Archie" is made up and I think this because of the moonbumps and the coverup surrounding the birth and the fact that there is zero proof he exists. I think Lilibet was going to be a child they planned to adopt and that adoption fell through....they kept the story going, hoping to find another replacement.

Hi, according to LADY C, it is about the deletion of evidence in the British court about the hacking case. The judge is really unhappy about the destruction of evidence and the judge asked the RF to provide documents from their side. PH cannot be taken off as a Councillor of state but if he is in contempt of court by manipulating evidence, then this is really bad. This what Lady C explained. Councillor of state is managed by Parliament.

That 5 of wands card could be referring to him being number 5 in the line of succession and that is one of the things being cut by the Ace of Swords in reverse. The pillar card is the hanged man in reverse so the hanged man being cut loose - from the line of succession. Fingers crossed.

Destroying evidence in a court case is very serious and he has been exposed by the judge. I would class that as a felony.

Harry’s divorce would not cause a constitutional crisis. If you listen to Lady C’s podcast in full, she has some very good sources and is high up in British society so she is quite an expert. This is about the UK Court case. The old case that William won was for phone hacking on him and Catherine in 2011. There is a statute of limitations of 6 years. So because Harry brought the case to court in 2019, this was 2 years after Statute ended. (He was alleging that he was hacked at same time). But he was allowed to bring on a fresh case if he had evidence of fresh hacking. He filed a case in 2019 and is alleging all sorts of details from 2007 to 2014 and onwards. It is mainly from times before he met Meghan. But because he wrote emails, sent messages and kept records, which he sent to his ghost writer for Spare, the Court wants them sent to both sets of lawyers to be used as evidence. But, Harry’s barrister now claims Harry deleted them. He only did this after 2021 and up to 2023. So after the case had started. He has been contacted by the Court and the judge wants a full explanation. But he also gave permission to the defendant’s (NGN) lawyers to subpeona records from Buckingham Palace. Sir Clive Alderton (King Charles’ private secretary) and Sir Michael Stevens (Monarchy treasurer known as Keeper of the Privy Purse). They have both received orders to provide copies of emails, messages, letters and other documents that include Prince Harry and anything he was getting up to and monies paid to cover up, for the period concerned. So you have one member of the Royal Family (Harry) going to court against a media organisation, who has destroyed evidence that should have been available to the case, covering up for the rest of the Royal Family matters that have remained secret for years and if, made public, in this court case will cause a huge headache or a constitutional crisis for the British Monarchy. If they try to cover it up, the media organisation that is being sued, will go ballistic. And, Harry could be charged with contempt of court and/or perverting the course of justice. Both charges carry a jail sentence. Now he is the King’s son, so will probably not serve a jail sentence (it would have to be murder or treason), but he will be exiled forever. Even King Charles will not be able to get around this one.

I think it is to do with Harry being Counsellor of State, he is not domicile in the UK and that is one of the conditions of being a Counsellor of State.

The only way Harry will regain the king's trust is to volunteer to put every title into abeyance. It addresses the problem of the invisible children, returns to the titles to the crown, improves his divorce settlement negotiations. Harry just has to be smart enough to see it's the only way out of the mess he made, his latest being lying to the King's court

The only thing that was removed from Prince Andrew was his HRH status was removed. The late Queen had already forbidden Harry from using his HRH status when they left the working Royal Family.

The problem is not so much H but how 3rd parties can pay off people to install him as their puppetKim. That is the problem. Alot of people are very interested in H in that they wonder if they can become his kimgmaker in return for favours. Alot of rich people around can make that happen for him which makes everyone very worried partly because H was not raised as strictly as W. I hope he does get his inheritance though because it must be hard living without what he is accustomed to.

I don't see anything happening to H other than paying the opposing side's costs. Esoecially the opposing sude has been accused of doing much the same thing. There are a range of categories abd s range ofvsentences that accompany those sentences. I honestly don't see him getting anything serious happening to him. Besides the palace has denied that they have any documentation, emails, texts etc etc.
