After I thoroughly overhauled the clutch of the MZ ETZ 250 in the last video, I can mount it on the engine in this video. Before that, I still have to mount the shaft seals and the primary drive...

Ich finde es interessant, dass MZ auch die Kupplung auf die Kurbelwelle gebaut haben. Ich dachte, dass das nur Puch so gemacht hat. (M125 etc.)

It's nice to know you are under-way here! Just to give an update on my clutch issues on my ETZ250... I fixed the clutch with new friction discs (all else original DDR), but then I came to find some problems. Metal behind the LHS seal... The engine is open and I find the inner race of LHS bearing runs independantly of crankshaft.. I plan to use new bearing but with bearing retaining compound....

Diese komischen Stopfen im Bereich Ritzel waren bei mir auch undicht. Habe das Motorrad leicht nach links gekippt auf dem Ständer, den alten Kleber mit einer Reißnadel raus gekratzt und zwei Mal diesen 2K (GFK) Kleber drauf gemacht.
