Nate, I’ve been following your workouts for a few years now. Excellent content bro. I got rotator cuff surgery this past December on my right shoulder. The doctor told me I can’t hit the heavy bag or spar for a year because they don’t want me to re injury and blow out the cuff again. So I got creative, I’ve been doing your programs one handed, just using my left arm. I keep my right arm close to my jaw and tucked in to my torso and I bang out the work out left handed. Probably gonna be a South Paw when I’m totally healed up, lol 😂. Thanks for all your great content, please continue putting them out. There life saving 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊

New here… do these workouts include dynamic mix of burpees or abs or is every video all hitting the bag only? Just trying to get a feel for your Chanel… supper bored with my current cardio routine
