Entry video for RA The Rugged Man's Definition Of A Rap Flow Contest. (Video credit - Teece Luvv)
LYRICS:
Yo, let's begin it like this, the definition of a rap flow
Ima get up in it and twist
Turnin' it all around, I'm bound to be pounding my surroundings
With abounding sound that's pouring out of my mouth
It's already happening
Grabbin' a microphone slammin' a group of whack cats
I'd rather kick back, max
And blast that fat bastard
Biz Mark, Biz Mark
Booger pickin' and flickin' on media midgets who claimin' they the men of the minute
Give it a second, I'll step and wreck competition; infinite
I'm just a white boy like Popeye, slammin' a can of spinach
The raddest, if you thinkin' that you don't need it, then beat it
I'm eating up enemies, you need EMTs on immediate, seated is what you'll be when I'm speaking
I'm feeding your mind
With the fly rhymes, bu da bye bye
It's my time, and I need this
Jarv that raggedy bastard,
Breath stink like I just ate yo' girlfriends ass, BITCH
Fantastic, rap mad drastic
Fuck with me and verbally get your ass kicked
Jarv's flow's uglier than your mom's face
My mental is heavy like RA's gold plate rope chain
I hate myself I'm so lame
PSYCHE. I'm that sarcastic cat
That'll be smackin' your face
Fuck the whack, I'll be rappin' rabid at any trendy swaggot,
Splitting atoms with or without a fickle fragment of action
Flippin' acrobatic mathematics at any cat who be lackin' passion
Faculties can't imagine how I be smashin' these average maggot motherfuckers rappin' about a salary
Stab the back with a javelin, ratatat
If you battle me
Filmin' the cops 'till they kill us and jet
They wanna see us die
Tryin' to keep the people in check
Fuck a pig, suck a dick like a record label better take a look at yourself and kill that ego
But the beat go
on and on, I'm bombin' atomic on any wannabe talkin' about a verbal bottle rocket, better stop it, I'm poppin' off at the top and then modifyin' ya body, choppin' off a limb or two, steady ruin entire armies
Pardon me but I'm beggin' you,
Better do better than pitiful,
Benedict Arnold got me competitive
Making ripples in the pond
I'm stickin' a stake up into the track
Steady be jackin' the back of the pack
Matter of fact, "lick the balls"
Said Ricky d, the cat with the patch
Stand up on top of the mountain
Bouncing back and forth, attackin' hoards, of maggot infested
Bullshit rappers with mad force
Hold up, let me spell it out for these cats
I ain't tryin' to hear you rap about your car and your cash
"Quit talkin' that trash, you a hater, man, you jealous"
I ain't jealous, I just think you're acting a bit over-zealous
I never half step like Kane said
I biggety-bump Das EFX, but I ain't never had dreads
I knowz a lotta hoez, gettin' play like Drez
Hot sex on a platter like A Tribe Called Quest
Build ya skills says KRS
Bring the motherfuckin' ruckus and protect ya neck!
I got a letter from the government and ripped it shreds
Mr. Green, kill the beat, I'm takin this contest
Verbal divinity, illin' with skill infinity, killin' any villain in my vicinity
Definitive agility,
Officially not givin' any sympathy
To infantile efficiency, leave' em visibly rickety
Lyrically grillin' stupidity, vivid ability
Limiting your mobility, infiltrating your ministry
The epitome, specifically multi-syllable similes
Stability, solidity, bigger than you envisioned me
I'll make history wit these steez
Weak MCs taste defeat or breath a sigh a relief
I prefer to mind my q's and p's
But if you step to me, believe I'll give you my recipe on how to bless the beat
I quest to be the best MC that you've ever heard
Knowin' that I wrote it when they quotin' every word
Livin' up in the rhythm given a vision
Rest assured that I got Hip-Hop's remedy, yes I've got the cure
You heard it first and there ain't no stoppin
That hardcore Hip-Hop, we ain't flip-floppin'
Philosophically flippin' on breaks
Droppin' knowledge on anybody, who doesn't understand the greats
Save face, take solace
find me at Albee square mall,
I'm bout to goo shoppinnnnn!

You also have to take into account that a lot of rap listeners want to be able to rap along to the song they are listening to. A lot of rappers in this style including myself have to build an audience that appreciate the fast rapping without being able to rap along without practicing. Most the popular raps are simplistic banger party songs that anyone can remember after 1-2 listens.
