I love that your "journals" truly are journals as you have lots of pages on which to write in addition to the pages with such lovely ephemera. And I really like the way you did the binding and wrap on this one. Thanks so much for sharing your talents!

Both these journals are very special. The new one, in particular, is so inviting. I love the binding and the wooden beads and the whole look of it. It's important to record aspects of our lives, and this journal, even before you've written in it, is a already a treasure! TFS!! xx

Hi Chrissie, another lovely rustic booklet that brings back the feelings of wonderful days gone by. I'm like you about the sounds of paper rustling, the pen and ink being scrawled across the page, the sound of paint brushes being swiped across paper etc. I'm mezmerised by those sounds & they make me feel very relaxed. Hi Chri.ssie, I love your journal. I should make one for myself as I spend all spare moments in the garden and have so many pictures and thoughts from doing so. As winter approaches here I strain to remember the warmth and the experiences and a journal like yours would be just the right medicine for the winter blues to come. I love this Chrissie it's so you. What makes your journals so nice is that you actually use them. How fun to wander through the pages years from now and read your thoughts and feelings.
