It uses LITHIUM-ION BATTERY + ULTRA FAST CARBON BATTERY ( This carbon battery is a type of innovative ultracapacitor ) by NAWA to accomplish fast charging, maximum regenerative power accumulation from stopping and braking.

The motorcycle idea started as a JOKE but became a fully functional vehicle used as a NAWA Carbon battery PROOF-OF-CONCEPT.

I want to be excited but I’m still confused as to how it works. Battery powers the bike, braking charges capacitors which then acts like boost assist ?

Legit answer. Something like that. Also, regeneration power from braking is much more efficient because almost all ends up in carbon nawa battery that can take instantly big amounts of electricity, nothing gets lost. In traditional systems, there is a limit on how much regen a vehicle can take or bring back to battery. Thats how we understood the system at least.
